About Birdsong Oil Change

Birdsong Oil Change was created to bring service back into the quick lube business. Birdsong Automotive has been in business since 1994, and we believe Lubbock is in need of a locally owned, premium automotive lube center. We feature: Mobile 1, Enos, Chevron, Delo, Rotella, Motorcraft and Federated. An old school feel filled with modern technology. A clean wind shield, a served drink, Snap On popcorn, tire pressure adjustment, wheel alignment check, and a tire tread check are all complementary when your vehicle gets an oil change. All performed while you wait in your car. Birdsong Oil Change also offers state inspections, tire rotation, flat repair, wheel balance and cabin air replacement.

I had an awesome experience at Birdsong Automotive getting my oil changed. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly without making me feel rushed. They were honest about everything, explained what they checked, and the customer service was top notch from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and these guys definitely earned my business. Highly recommend Birdsong Automotive if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and quality service! Thank you for supporting us Veterans!

My wife and I are always commenting on what great service we receive here. It’s the only place I trust to take care of all my vehicles. They are fast, thorough and honest. The guys that work in the oil changes bays are top notch friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to oil changes, being next door to Birdsong Automotive they also help out with all my preventative and unexpected maintenance issues. I purchased a set of tires here for my truck, and my wife will be getting a set for her SUV here soon also.

Simply the Best around! I had a specialty filter I called about they didn't have it but had it for me first thing the next day. All the guys in the shop were professional friendly and happy to be there!

These people are so awesome! I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but everytime I go there, it’s different people and they know customer service. They offer me water, they check on my day, and we talk stories. I’ve been there for 2 years now for my oil change. Fast and efficient. I’ve gotten my tires checked too and the manager there is awesome. We talk like we knew each other for a while. I’m from Hawaii and he’s recommended a few places he likes to eat for me and my family to o try out. I love this place! Thank you!!
